These terms cover Bar Owner Packs sold by PUB CRAWLER LLC ("Pub Crawler," "we," "us"), El Paso, TX. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By buying a pack you agree to them for the business you buy it for.
You must have claimed the bar in the owner portal (claiming is free) and be authorized to act for that business. The bar must be a real, licensed bar that serves people 21 and over. One pack per bar.
We build and check every crawl set before it goes live, and we can decline or change a crawl that would be unsafe, impractical to walk, or against our Terms of Service. A crawl can list more than one sponsoring bar; it stays live while any of them has an active pack.
A pack buys placement, not customers. We don't guarantee any number of visitors, check-ins or sales. Pub Crawler is in alpha and features may change. We may change how crawls are built or how points work, including double points; if a change takes away something listed in section 2, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
Statements show totals only — never who checked in. A month with fewer than 5 check-ins shows only the total, and no night with fewer than 3 check-ins is listed. A check-in means a crawler confirmed they were at your bar; it is not a claim that we sent you a customer. You agree not to try to identify individual crawlers from your statement.
Cancel any time from the owner portal, or email support@getpubcrawler.com. There's no cancellation fee. You keep the pack until the end of the period you've paid for; we don't refund part-used periods except as section 3 or the law says.
When a pack ends or a payment fails, your pack crawls are hidden (anyone partway through one can finish it), double points stop, and photos beyond the free 2 stop showing. Your free listing stays and nothing is deleted — buy the pack again and it comes back.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, and give us a license to show them in Pub Crawler and on getpubcrawler.com while your listing exists. Only upload what you have the rights to, and no photos of people who haven't agreed to be shown. Everything is checked before it's shown, and we can remove anything that breaks our Terms of Service. Your listing must not offer drink deals that encourage excessive drinking.
We can suspend or end a pack if the bar closes, loses its license, misuses the service or breaks these terms. If we end a pack for any reason other than a breach by you, we'll refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything relating to a pack is limited to what you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in El Paso County, Texas.
