An app that plans people’s bar nights for them
Crawlers pick a route, walk it, and check in at each stop — by GPS or by scanning your bar’s QR code. There are already 340+ El Paso bars in the listings — yours is very likely one of them.

Every pack gives your bar the final stop on one crawl per tier (optional on Advanced and Legendary). The last bar is where people stop moving and settle in. You pick where you land on the rest — first, middle, last, or a mix.

Pack crawls are marked Sponsored, and crawlers earn double points for checking in at your bar on them — a reason to pick your crawl over the next one.

The last-stop slot is optional on Advanced and Legendary crawls. Every crawl set is checked by us before it goes live. A crawl can list more than one sponsoring bar; it stays live while any of them has a pack.

The prices above are the founding rate, and they stay yours for as long as you keep the pack. Bars joining after the first 25 will pay the standard rate, which will be higher than this.
That is not a countdown timer or a sales trick. It is what going first is worth: the early bars are backing this before it has numbers to show them, and that deserves a price that never goes up on them.

Where Pub Crawler actually is right now
We are new, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Pub Crawler is in alpha in El Paso. The app works, it is live, and people are using it — but we count our users in dozens, not thousands. Anyone promising to flood your bar with customers this month is selling you something.
What a pack buys you is position: your bar on the routes, in the slots you choose, with your own words on the listing, while the app grows around you. At $10 a month, that is a cheap bet on a local thing getting bigger.
Check-ins are real. Crawlers confirm each stop by GPS or by scanning your bar’s QR code, and your monthly statement counts them — how many crawlers checked in at your bar. Every claimed bar sees a teaser; packs get the full statement.
And we will never dress that up as “customers we sent you”. A check-in proves somebody was in your bar with the app open. That is all it proves, and that is all we will ever claim.

How do I claim my bar?
Go to getpubcrawler.com/owners and sign in with the claim code we issue you — email support@getpubcrawler.com from your business address if you don’t have one yet. Claiming is free and always will be.
How do I cancel?
From the owner portal, any time — or email support@getpubcrawler.com and we will do it for you. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. You keep the pack until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your crawls stay live until then.
What happens to my listing if I stop paying?
Your bar stays in Pub Crawler with its free listing — it just stops being featured. The crawls built around it are hidden (anyone already partway through one can still finish), and the extra photos stop showing. Your free blurb and 2 photos stay. Nothing is deleted. Start the pack again and it all comes back.
Is my bar already on here?
Probably. We imported 340+ El Paso bars from public listings. Open the app and search for it. If it is missing or something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it — that costs nothing and you do not need a pack for it.
Do I have to run an event or staff anything?
No. Crawlers plan their own nights; the pack decides how often your bar is in the mix. The only thing to put up is your QR code, if you want scan check-ins — it’s free and you print it from the owner portal. No staff, no tickets.
Who is behind this?
PUB CRAWLER LLC, based in El Paso. One person, active-duty military, building it here. You will be dealing with him directly rather than a call centre — which is either reassuring or alarming depending on your taste, but it is the truth.
What do you do with my customers’ data?
You will never see who came into your bar. Statements are totals only, never names: a month with fewer than 5 check-ins shows just the total, and no night with fewer than 3 is listed. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
