Delete your Pub Crawler account

You can delete your Pub Crawler account and everything tied to it at any time. There's no waiting period and no undo.

The fastest way: inside the app

1. Open Pub Crawler and go to Profile (bottom right).

2. Tap Help & Support.

3. Tap Common questions.

4. Tap the question "How do I delete my account?"

5. Tap Delete my account now, then confirm.

Your account is removed immediately and you're signed out.

If you can't get into the app

Email support@getpubcrawler.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email. If you no longer have access to that email address, tell us and we'll ask a couple of questions to verify it's you.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, home location, avatar and social links
• Your Crawl Points, ranks, history and tier unlocks
• Crawls and events you created (people signed up for them are notified)
• Your ratings, comments and photos
• Your QR check-ins at bars
• Your phone-notification sign-up (if you turned notifications on)
• Your friendships, invites, requests, blocks and reports
• Your team memberships (a team you owned passes to its next member, or is disbanded if you were the last one)

What may be kept, and for how long

• Backups roll over within 30 days, after which your data is gone from them too.
• Records of purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store stay with those stores under their policies; we keep only what tax law requires.
• If your account was involved in a safety report, we may keep the report itself (not your profile) for up to 12 months.
